All of Uppercase Transcriptions' services are provided subject to our Terms and Conditions of Use.

Sending Files

We recommend using a file-transfer service such as WeTransfer or SendThisFile when sending your recordings to us.

Please give any additional information that might be of help, for example, who the speakers are. Unless otherwise instructed, we transcribe documents using clean verbatim and British spelling.

We try to complete transcriptions as soon as possible, but please contact us before sending your recordings for more information on completion times – particularly if the work is urgent.
